We use a variety of postal and courier services for parcel delivery. We will use the one most appropriate for your chosen items, and reserve the right to use a different service to the one shown on the webshop.
We only deliver to the address supplied by you at the time of order. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that you or someone acting with your permission as your agent are available to receive parcel deliveries. If no-one is available the carrier will leave a card inviting you to contact them to collect or re-arrange delivery. You must respond to this notice within 48 hours of their leaving it at your address. If you are not subsequently available a charge may be made if the carrier has to return the delivery to us. We will pass this charge on to you.
Free delivery applies to the majority of orders over £100 excluding VAT delivered throughout the United Kingdom mainland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, Offshore and Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles may incur additional charges as per carrier’s rates.
*Unfortunately we are currently not able to offer free delivery on boxes of Agra Wool as these are heavy (3kg per box) and we have priced them to promote their use. It is therefore uneconomical for us to price them as we have and also offer free delivery.
Orders under £100 will incur delivery charges based on the customer's choice of delivery method. Such charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
As you will appreciate, delivery prices vary depending on whether you are buying one reel of ribbon or eight candelabra!. We might use one carrier for small items and another for large or fragile items (including all Glassware). If your basket contains a mix of small and large/fragile items, then the latter will determine the choice of carrier.
All such charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery charges are subject to change without notice.
Additional charges may also apply for delivery of goods of excessive weight or size. We will contact you to discuss any such charges before your goods are dispatched.

Special delivery: 1-2 working days
Special delivery orders need to be placed before midday. Delivery is subject to the items being in stock, our workload, the location of our stock, and the carrier's delivery service. No guarantee as to date or time of delivery is given or implied. Any dates or times quoted by us for delivery are estimates only. We never guarantee next day delivery as this is dependent on the carrier's schedules and performance.
